Yceychie Fields has served as the Program Manager of Housing and Education & Training Programs at Southern Nevada Children First since 2013.  Miss Fields has an abundance of experience working with at risk youth, children, and families.  She possesses an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Social Work.

Miss Fields’ background includes working with homeless youth at San Joaquin County Mary Graham Children’s Shelter; teaching and managing Child Development programs at San Joaquin County Child Abuse Prevention Council, serving over 125 infants, toddlers, and preschoolers; assisting parents involved in San Joaquin County Child Protective Services, to reunify with their children; and providing Parent Child Interaction Therapy to parents of children exhibiting disruptive behaviors such as aggression, non-compliance, defiance, and temper tantrums.  Miss Fields came to SNCF with several years of experience managing grants and programs with another non-profit organization. She has managed state, local, federal, and private level grants for Child Development Programs, Crisis/Respite Childcare Services, and for a Supervised Visitation & Safe Exchange Program.  All of her experience has prepared her, for her role as SNCF’s Program Manager and is an asset to our team.
